The Man Who Invented Pinyin – Now 105 and a Rebel! Good on Him

Born in 1905, a graduate of St John’s in Shanghai, a former Wall Street banker and then the inventor of pinyin – Zhou Youguang now looks back and realises he was sold a pup by the Communists and the PRC, criticizes them and is censored by them and hidden away.
